I qualified as an Integrative Psychotherapist in 1997 after training for seven years at the Chiron Centre for Body Psychotherapy in London, UK. I also completed an 18-month professional development training programme in humanistic, somatic and transpersonal psychotherapy and a shamanic healing training.
I continue my professional development by attending a variety of workshops and seminars.
I am a member of UKAHPP (UK Association for Humanistic Psychology Practitioners).
I have a BA Hons degree in Drama, am a qualified TEFL teacher, and founded and managed a Steiner kindergarten. I am also a singer/songwriter, a potter, a mother of four, and am part of the LGBTQ+ community.
